Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order before it has entered processing or shipment preparation for a full refund.

Once an order has entered processing, shipment preparation, or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom, special-order, or pre-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
